Canada Wide Calling
I have Canada Wide Calling - Even though I check my correct APN setting, when I call my mom in Toronto (I am in Ottawa) I get a message that says, 'Your current plan does not allow you to make this call'.
How can this happen I just called my mom two days ago?

Hello @Christopher S. #22644, I have some suggestions:
- log in to your account and verify that your current plan includes Canada-wide.
- if yes, go to My Settings, Contact Form to submit a complaint. This opens a Support Ticket with the Fizz team and someone will respond via the email address registered on your account.
- If no, contact Fizz and submit a request as to how this was changed without your authorization.
- does someone else have access to your Fizz account?

· Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
· Choose the option 💬 chat
If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.
