Canada Wide Calling

I have Canada Wide Calling - Even though I check my correct APN setting, when I call my mom in Toronto (I am in Ottawa) I get a message that says, 'Your current plan does not allow you to make this call'.

How can this happen I just called my mom two days ago?

  • Hello @Christopher S. #22644, I have some suggestions:

    • log in to your account and verify that your current plan includes Canada-wide.
    • if yes, go to My Settings, Contact Form to submit a complaint. This opens a Support Ticket with the Fizz team and someone will respond via the email address registered on your account.
    • If no, contact Fizz and submit a request as to how this was changed without your authorization.
    • does someone else have access to your Fizz account?
