    Hello Ericmartel8,

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.  
    Your WIFI appears to be disabled.
    I recommend performing a factory reset on the Fizz modem to enable it.
    This will allow you to set up the WIFI connection again and assign it a new name and password.

    Once the reset is fully made, when you connect a device and access a browser an Easy connect guide should appear.
    You will have to use the default WIFI password written on the back of the modem.
