I purchased an add-on for calling internationally and it's not working

I've puchased 60 minutes to call Romania in December 2021. I didn't use them until now (Jan 2022) and everytime I am trying to call Romania it says that my plan doesn allow this call.

I cannot seem to find a number to call or a messaging system to complain about this issue. What is the resolution here?

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    I have verified your account but I am not able to see the international call add-on for Romania.
    I recommend contacting our support team as Fling mentioned to investigate this further.

    I think the time allow to use your 60 minutes is over

    How long does it take to activate an Add-On? How long does it last?

    Add-Ons are active immediately. They’re valid until the end of your next payment cycle.

    In other words, if there are 10 days left on your current payment cycle, your Add-On will be valid for approximately 40 days.

    Hello @Dan M. #8613, another method of contacting a Fizz team member is via the Contact Form found in My Settings. It opens an exchange by the email registered in your account. Note, that the long distance add-on may not cover every country, you can check the list on the website.
