How to cancel my phone plan with FIZZ

On Jan 23 I activated my new sim card and asked to transfer my current phone number. Since then nothing has happened. I chatted with someone about it 5 days ago and they said someone is working on it. Since then I've heard nothing. No emails. I give up. It is SO difficult to get any technical help. This is crazy. They took my money for the 1st month right away on the 23rd but I HAVE NO SERVICE and it seems no help or communication coming from Fizz.

So now I can't even find a way to cancel the service. I logged into my account but there is no place there to actually cancel it. Please, someone help me?

    I am really sorry to hear about this situation.
    I can assure you our specialized team is still investigating this issue.
    The unsubscription button is not available at the moment since the service is not active.  
    I recommend waiting for our team to finish the investigation and provide a solution.
    As soon as we have any updates we will contact you right away via email.
    If you are decided to cancel a full refund will be once this is fixed.

    There's a way to contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

    You can also do it on Facebook: https://facebook.com/fizzca.

     

    You can chat in direct

    ·        Sign into your account

    ·        Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services

    ·        Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    ·        Choose the option 💬 chat

    ·        If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

  • Hello @pixxells, as per Whizz, Fizz is investigating. The CCTS is the federal agency responsible for handling disputes between consumers and mobile and Internet providers. If suggest you go to their website if you want more information on making a complaint through the CCTS.
