Choppy phone calls?

I've had my new phone and line with fizz for under a month and I've noticed when having a conversation on the phone there is a constant choppiness which makes it hard to understand the other person. Anybody else experience this?

    Try To Chat with Fizz support for help

    ·        Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner 

    ·        Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services 

    ·        Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    ·        Choose the option 💬 chat


    If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.

    To be even more detailed . It's almost as there there is a constant ticking or tapping when the other person talks..

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    I would recommend testing the SIM into a different phone to see if the issue persists. 
    If it does, please contact our support team as Fling suggested to investigate this further.
