Change my plan after cancelation

Im just 15$ short for my monthly plan because a payment was took out of my bank account before my phone payment.

I really need my phone but im 15$ short... Is there a way to change my plan so i could reactivate it ?

    Within 2 days of our renewal date, we cannot change the plan ourselves through self-serve.

    Hi Jessie,

    to be able to modify your plan, you will first have to reactivate it as it was before it was in this situation, since any change to your plan must therefore be submitted 108 hours (4.5 days) before the end of your payment cycle to come into effect at the beginning of your next payment cycle. Not respecting this delay means changing your plan will be impossible and you will have to wait for the next payment cycle, according to Fizz's plan change policy.

    Hello @Jessie1808, another way to contact a Fizz team member is to log in to your account, go to My Settings and Contact Form. This opens a Support Ticket and the exchange occurs over the email address registered on your account. Best of luck.
