After weeks of trying, it is getting really frustrating to lose Fizz connection everyday. I am getting pissed and have been really patient. I see everymessage here and lots say the same. Please do something before I take action with my lawer for all that time lost, but still paid to fizz. What is the problem?????????????????????????

    Some troubleshooting FAQ :


    You need to conctact Fizz to get help and this is how to do it

    To Chat with Fizz support:

    ·        Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner 

    ·        Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services 

    ·        Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    ·        Choose the option 💬 chat


    If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.

    Alreqady did all that. Many times. Also with a fizz employee's help. I am getting angry. Can I just have a repleacment modemd now?!!!

    Hello Mily,

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    I recommend contacting our support team to investigate this further. 
    If it will be necessary they will send a technician over and also have the modem replaced if it results that it caused the connection issue.

    I said to you in my first answer this " CHAT however is the only effective and quickest method " so if you want to loose your time on Facebook or Twitter that's up to you.
