I have already informed you about this situation in your previous post.
Your connection is being affected by a maintenance work in your area.
We do not have an estimated time mentioned but I can assure you our technicians are working as we speak and the service will be restored as soon as possible.
Since we are 100% digitalized you can not reach us via phone call but you can send us an e-mail via your Fizz account My settings > contact form.

To Chat with Fizz support for an answer for your question follow these instruction
· Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner
· Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
· Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
· Choose the option 💬 chat
If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.
