I bought an add for calls to USA that I didn't use. How do I get a refund?

Hello, I don't think Fizz would offer a refund. It is a pre-paid service, same goes for any add-on...use it or lose it.

like Clive I think you cannot have money back because of change of mind.

You cannot get a refund for an add-on. Sorry, but it is Fizz's policy.
