Phone returned in November, signed for by Fizz, no refund
Returned a "preloved" phone in November, confirmed that it arrived, but no refund has been issued. I opened a ticket on December 3rd via FB messenger and have been following up every couple of weeks, but nothing is happening other than generic statements that Fizz "are working on it" and that the agent cannot do anything.
This is kind of ridiculous and I am thinking of opening a chargeback with my credit card. I don't want to burn down my account by doing so as I am otherwise very happy with the service, but the refund situation is really unacceptable at close to two months.
Has anyone had similar experiences? How long did it take to get the refund?
