SIM card delivery

I ordered my SIM card about a week ago, and the estimated delivery date is Jan 5. I am a bit concerned as today is January 9th and I still haven't received the SIM card. I tried tracking the order, but the option to "track shipment" doesn't appear on the website when I try to do so. Does this mean my SIM card is not even out for delivery?

    I have verified your account and the SIM card order is being processed at this moment still.

    You can see the status of all your Fizz orders in your Order history.

    1. Log into your account and go to My profile.
    2. Click on Order history See details.
    3. Click on the shipping number to see on the carrier’s website the details of your delivery.
    4. If there’s any inconsistency with the delivery information you see, contact the carrier directly.
    5. If the carrier cannot help you, contact us using the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner of this FAQ during our business hours so we can open a ticket for this issue.

    If they say you have received your card chat whit fizz. they will tell you to buy another one and ask for a refund when you have activer the second
