Who can I get in touch with if I have a technical problem ?
I am a new customer. I just had my installation today. I paid for 120 Mbps but the technician only installed 10 Mbps saying I should get in touch with videotron because its the company who supports Fizz. I tried calling but they referred me to Fizz... Can someone help me ?

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
It is just a small delay that should be fixed automatically once 24 hours pass from your installation date.
Please allow this delay to pass and if by any chance the issue is not fixed please contact our support team and we will adjust the speed manually.

To Chat with Fizz support:
· Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner
· Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
· Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
· Choose the option 💬 chat
If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.
