My internet is slow, I've done all the steps suggested, and I can't get in touch with anyone. Help!
As mentioned in the question my internet is slow, and I have done all the steps they adk us to do. We just switched to fizz one day ago, and my ol provider had better speed thatn what I'm getting right now, and was just 15mps. Now I should have 30mps, but only get 10mps. And really frustrated I can't talk to anyone!!
