The phone in my account is my old phone, how to update to my new one ?

Hello everyone,

Under my phone page, the phone is still my old phone IphoneX, But I have cahnged to Iphone 12 mini already. IphoneX was the one bought from Apple store, as well as the new one, but after change, the page is still showing my old phone. Is that a way to refresh it to new one ? because the "block my phone" and "block my sim card" function is so cool !

    It will be done by itsefl after a while. Maybe 1 or 2 cycles.

    That's what happened with mine, without my intervention.

    Then maybe someone else will have a different experience. My guess was that they probably needed a certain baseline period before they can assess the phone is now actually yours. I say this because you can try the SIM card in many phones for troubleshooting it .

    You could always chat with Fizz. Usually I suggest the chat bubble for a live discussion but this seems not urgent so I'd suggest going through one of their social network account, they'll answer in a few hours.
