Hello,

i purchased a 60 min. US Add-On for 6$. Now, I’ve tried using it (2 months after purchase). I never saw that they would expire. Why can’t I use them?

The add-on can be used for up to 60 days upon purchase.
If more than 60 days will pass and you did not use them, they will automatically expire.

How long does it take to activate an Add-On? How long does it last?

Add-Ons are active immediately. They’re valid until the end of your next payment cycle.

In other words, if there are 10 days left on your current payment cycle, your Add-On will be valid for approximately 40 days.
