Hello,



My credit card was expired and my monthly payment has not paid.



I changed my credit carts.



Could you please pay my monthly fee? my sim kard has blocked. I can not call.



Please pay my monthly fee with new credit cart.

    You are in a sad Situation to start the new year ...

    The only way to have your phone back is to add a credit card and associate it to your plan. Read this link about your situation and how to solve it

    If you wan't to speek to Fizz support, this how to do it, they close exceptionally at 16 h today

    ·        Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    ·        Choose the option 💬 chat


    If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.

    As Fling has pointed to the fact, that you can do it yourself using the "Make payment now" button.

    Also keep in mind that once your payment has been received and confirmed by Fizz (please allow a delay of up to two hours), your plan will be reactivated.
