In the website it says that my sim card was delivered but i never received it

I called the delivery company and they say that it has been delivered but i never received it so they told me to ask you to send me another one

    They will tell you to buy another one and when you had activated it ask for a refund

    So much easier to just go to couche tard and buy it there no waiting time and you get it right away. Then ask them for a refund for the other one
