Hello,

I missed an appointment 2 weeks ago. I spoke to a fizz operator on the phone, she told me that she fixed the next appointment on 27 Dec for my home internet fixing. I waited the whole day that day and no one showed up.

Right now, I tried to schedule a new appointment many times on Fizz site but it always shows an on hold sign connecting to the 'scheduling appointment" page. It seems impossible to schedule an appointment.

May I know, are there any other options?

Sorry to hear this has happened. I know it can be frustrating.

You will be able to reschedule another appointment from your account by going to My Plans >> Manage Plan >> Appointments. Once 24 hours have passed since the appointment was due, the 'Reschedule' button will appear there. You can then choose a new date and time that's best suited for you.

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

PS: For me the only combination that works for CHAT, is Firefox, in a private window, and only when in the French language..

CHAT however is the quickest method, but facebook is the easiest.
