With the holidays upon us, please take note of the temporary tweaks made to our live chat hours for the following dates:

Hi Fizz! I've been trying to get in touch with a Fizz rep through the live chat function today but the button seems to be deactivated - only the FAQ and community forum buttons are working, not even the imessenger or FB messenger option.
