SIM card randomly stopped working

Opened phone after making call and was met with message invalid Card emergency calls only. No changes were made to phone plan

    Reboot your Phone

    Get the Sim out and reput in

    All your update are done ?

    If you can put your SIM in another Phone, mayby it's your phone the problem

    You paid your invoice ?

    Invalid card is typically the card just not seated properly.

    Power down your phone, remove the sim card, reinsert it, and then power up the phone.

    If that doesn't help, try the SIM card in another phone to determine if the problem is the card, or the sim card tray on the phone. If the same persists on another phone, then you need another SIM card :(

    You can try to contact customer service as mentioned above. Or you can just hop into a Couche-Tard, Mobile Expert or UQAM's COOP store and pick one up locally. Interactive map at https://fizz.ca/en/sim-card#stores .

    Once you have your new SIM card, you’ll have to replace and delete your old SIM card that’s associated with your plan, and activate the new one. Replace my SIM card (My plans > Manage > Change SIM card).

    PS: For me the only combination that works for CHAT, is Firefox, in a private window, and only when in the French language..
