You can reach us via live chat from most of our FAQs, like this one for example https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
You just have to access it and allow a few seconds for the green bubble to appear in the bottom right-hand corner.
Once you press that you will see different ways to contact us, including the live chat.
We are here 24/7 so feel free to reach us at any time.

here's how to contact directly the customer service. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
They'll surely be able to help you.

To Chat with Fizz support:
· Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner
· Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
· Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
· Choose the option 💬 chat
If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.
