about sim card
last time on october 2019 i ordered a sim card but i did not get it.Then I went back china,so now what should i do.

2019 ? I am pretty sure more than 2 years later, you will need to order a NEW sim card.Or pick one up at a local Couche Tard store.
2 years later there is no way to track or confirm any deliveries that old to see why there were not delivered.

If you want, Fizz Customer service agents are available online. However 2 years layer, not sure it is worth even asking. Just pick up a new SIM (either order directly from Fizz, or from Couche Tard store).

- Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
- Choose the option 💬 chat
- If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
PS: For me the only combination that works for CHAT, is Firefox, in a private window, and only when in the French language..
