I'm having issues regarding the activation of my 2 new lines.

Since yesterday that's i'm trying but in vain.

Need help with this please 😞

    Activation may take up a few days. The situation is relatively normal.

    However, you may contact customer service to inform them of the situation.

    Hello Olfa7kb,

    I am sorry to hear that you have encountered issues with your lines activation,

    On the account that I can see, you have an internet plan.

    However, if you want to activate a SIM card, you will have to first buy the SIM card, then after you receive it, you will need to go into your account > my plans > overview> get started> mobile> activate the sim card.
    To order a SIM card, all you need to do is go to Overview> get started> mobile> order a new one.
