west end Kanata, just 3G/H+ no LTE anymore
I've always had LTE service in south end of Kanata with my FIZZ SIM phone.
Maybe 1-2 weeks ago, I'm not getting JUST 3G/H+ service now. When i do a manual network scan, there are NO LTE FIZZ networks anymore but just EXT Fizz which i cannot even manually select (does not attach).
Did something recently change? Highly disappointing.

To Chat with Fizz support:
· Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner
· Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
· Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
· Choose the option 💬 chat
If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.
