Charged multiple times
My credit card was full, so the fizz auto payment didn't go through. I paid off my credit card and then manually paid through fizz. It didn't work so I did it a few times and gave up. I wake up the next day and I'm service is back up and it charged me 5 times. I need a refund.

I suggest you to directly contact the customer service to resolve this isue. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
They'll surely be able to help you.

However, if you'd like you can contact a customer service agent.
- Sign into your account
- Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services or https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/etat-services
- Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
- Choose the option 💬 chat
- If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
PS: For me the only combination that works for CHAT, is Firefox, in a private window, and only when in the French language..
