travel add on for how long and where is it
I bought a data travel add on to usa, fizz did not give any instructions, at least email or text message with apn setting,
got in usa ,it did not work, no way to get help, frustrating, bad experience
now. its like lost money, doesn'nt show anywhere in fizz account, no details on how long its valid,
i want to request refund but no chat no support
fizz how you take care of your customers?

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
Please keep in mind that if you wish to use the service while in the US your roaming needs to be turned On and also you have to be connected to T mobile or AT&T mobile networks.

I can also see that you were able to use part of the add-on as it is not full anymore.

but, fizz must automate sending of instructions upon purchase of add-ons that require things to be done to get used.
