rebates
Hi,
I have 5$ total in rebate but I am still being given 3$ on my invoice, two months in a row missing 2$. Plan is 55$ a month but being charged 57$. Thanks.

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
I just verified and indeed it seems they were not applied.
I have escalated a ticket to have this verified and you will be contacted via e-mail once we have any updates.
If it was an issue caused by our side a refund will be made also.

if you have correctly applied in the slot you should receive the rebate
Check the upgrade status
Your upgrades can have any one of the following status:
- In use: you’re currently enjoying this upgrade every month. If you click on it, you’ll have the option to remove it from your plan.
- Pending activation: you chose to activate this upgrade, and it’ll be applied to your plan come your next payment cycle (and will, at that time, show the “active” status).
- Pending removal: this upgrade was active, and you chose to remove it from your plan, which will be done come your next payment cycle.
- Available: you can choose to activate it on one of your plans.
