My payment subscription didn't work
Help I can't contact Fizz and my phone is not working I have lost access to everything, bank account, gaming account, ebay, amazon.
I need help I added my new credit card but it says it did not make the payment, please Help

did you try to verify that your payment was correctly processed ?
Did you try to remove the SIM from your phone for 1 minutes?
If it is only a problem with the data, can you please check if you still have data available in your account or if you have configured a limit in your phone to block the data usage after a certain amount?
If you are under Fizz Ext you need to enable the data roaming, but check the guide.
