I am sorry to hear that you encounter this situation,
I have verified your account and I see that the order to change your number was still being processed by our system. I have escalated a ticket to our technical team in order to complete it so your number would be changed.
You can see the ticket's progress in your Fizz account> Overview.
Also, as soon as the issue is solved, you will be contacted via email with the details.

Hi,
carefully remove your SIM card, then reinsert it and to finish, restart your device; if it still does not work, I suggest you to contact directly the customer service to resolve this isue.
