why can not i receive conformation email from fizz ，order phone with paybright loan
I am sorry to hear that you encounter this situation,
I verified your account and I se that a ticket was already escalated to our technical team to have the issue investigated.
Also, after you place the order and the order appears in your order history there can be a delay of 1 or 2 days, depending when you order it. If you order the phone in a weekend, please note that the delivery company only works on the business days, Monday to Friday.

Usually you should receive the order confirmation soon after you placed your purchase. However, since you used PayBright there could be a slight delay on PayBright's side. If you finance the phone via PayBright, PayBright needs to first process your application, approve it and then submit the approval to Fizz. Only then will Fizz start to process your phone order. If you haven't received anything in the next 3 hours, I would reach out to customer support just to make sure.
