Network packets dropping
Hi !
I keep having internet issues, where my packets seem to get dropped. It results in lag on videoconference (50 mbps connection), misloading of pages, packet burst when playing video game.
I'm using the fizz modem/router, no custom devices. I have reseted to modem to factory settings on 2 occasions already. I've also reset my "Network config" on my computer.
The problem appears on my computer (wifi 5ghz), as well as on my PS4 (ethernet).

Alright, this sounds like the notorious CODA-Modem problem. The modems are know to have issues at times. You can reach out to Fizz support but they will likely only send a technician or a new modem. My personal recommendation would be to buy your own router. I know it's not ideal but many people do it (myself included) and only use the Fizz modem in bridge mode. This usually solves the problem.
