Do I have to cancel my internet or can they if i call the technician

Hello Kris68,

If you need to cancel your Fizz home service you will have to ti from your side, My plans > manage plan > unsubscribe

If are referring to the current internet service you have, I recommend canceling it after the one from Fizz will be installed.

What you need to do exactly?

If you need a new installation and you have a internet provider you should cancel your previous provider after the installations Order your modem and activate your home internet plan nowhttps://fizz.ca › internet › how-it-works

If you need to transfert to a different address you need to follow Fizz procedure

If you do need the internet anymore, you should cancel and return the modem
