Hi my phone don’t work, I paid my bill but it is still bocked

    I am sorry that you encountered this situation,

    I have verified your account and I see that you contacted our customer service team. 
    Also, I see that your plan is now unsuspended and your services should be working.

    Furthermore, if you encounter this situation again, after your plan is suspended, you will be able to make the payment manually from your Fizz account. To do that, follow these steps: my plans > manage plan > payment methods> make my monthly payment.
