Also, I see that your plan is now unsuspended and your services should be working.

Furthermore, if you encounter this situation again, after your plan is suspended, you will be able to make the payment manually from your Fizz account. To do that, follow these steps: my plans > manage plan > payment methods> make my monthly payment.

Hi,
once your payment has been received and confirmed by Fizz (please allow a delay of up to two hours), your plan will be reactivated.
