Internet still frozen

Had issue eith paiment i updated aweek ago the payment pass in my bank accoubtt for the current month 2 days ago and my internrt is stikk froen and i can prove that payment was taken im my bank statement can you help me to have internet back please

    I am really sorry to hear that you encounter this issue,
    I verified your account and for this month the payment was not taken. 
    You can try to make the payment from your account by following these steps: My plans > manage plan > payment methods> make my monthly payment.

    You need to contact Fizz support, if you paid for the internet it should've been back up after 1-2 hours, 2 days is too long so it's probably a bug, Fizz support will help you with that!
