Modem stopped working suddenly

I noticed a message in my phone saying no connection to wifi, i assumed the modem was moved or unplugged from the power by mistake but nothing.. left the way it was installed since the technician first came, i tried plugging it to different power outlets and still wont work or turn on even, no lights what so ever .. what to do ???

    I am really sorry to hear that your internet is still not working,

    I have verified your account and I see that you managed to contact our customer support team.

    Because the modem was not getting any connection after that, we scheduled an appointment with a technician to verify the connection.

    if after verifying the cables, reconnecting them and restarting your modem the @ light on your modem is still not lit up and stable, please contact us in private to verify the connection and make sure everything is ok from a technical point of view.

    Hi Moznah,
    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Checking on my end I can see that your Internet service is live and working.
    Your connection signals look fine at the moment as well.
    I'd recommend you live the modem unplugged for a few minutes, connect the coaxial cable back into it, factory reset it as indicated here and check on the connection afterwards:

    I tried going through the instructions provided, nothing worked :(

    I even changed the location of the modem, connected to a different power outlet, reset the modem.. even connecting it to the app or resting it from the app didn't work ( I just installed it)
