How do I get a refund for USA data that never worked?
Yes, the Fizz help pages say that Fizz is Always here to help, but actually making contact is deliberately hidden.
Some help page indicates there is a "?" in the Solutions Hub, but I have never been able to find it.

BTW, if a Fizz support person reads this, please respond by sending me a text first. I will no longer be logging into this account.
I will be proceeding to move my cell service to Rogers/Chatr.

I suggest you to contact directly the customer service to resolve this isue, you can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
They'll surely be able to help you.
