Money stolen by Fizz
I just got off the phone with my bank and it seems Fizz perceived payment, cancelled my services and then proceeded to try and take more money from my bank account. My bank assures me my money has been sent and yet, your robots say nothing can be done. I don’t think an algorithm understands the complexity of Fraud by a company like yours and I would like to settle this in a civil way before having to resort to more permanent solutions.
