I am sorry for the situation encountered,
I have verified your account and I see that you managed to contact our customer service team.
Also, I see that just a restart fixed the issue with your WIFI connection.
If you get this kind of issue again, you can try to electrically restart your modem, by unplugging the power cord from the modem's back, wait 30 seconds to allow the cache memory of the modem to be cleared and then reconnect it.
