I'm connected to my wifi but it isn't working...
Hi everyone from the Fizz community i was hoping on getting some help on a issue of my modem box. Some of the modem light don't turn on including the @ is off also the 5g light is off and the two arrows pointing in the same direction are flashing. i have payed my ill only a couple of days ago and the modem should e working because it says that it is activated on my account. And last ut not least if no one knows how to help how can we contact Fizz customer service.

There's how to contact the customer service to resolve this isue. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

Hello, if you have not reset your modem, give it a try to see if it resolves your issue. There should be a button labelled reset or similar, likely on the bottom. You can also access the modem settings and/or to reset it by logging in to the modem from your computer (you will need to connect with a network cable seeing as your wifi isn't working). If resetting it doesn't resolve the issue, contact Fizz Customer Service through their chat service as the other responder commented or in your account, click My Settings and then Contact Form. I prefer this method because it is over email so you have a record of their responses, to escalate the issue or refer back to it if you ever have the same issue.
