How do my credit card verification?
I want to buy a phone for my kid. But I can't. I want to pay for a phone. Every time show me some notification red bar on the upper site. My credit card is not verified. But you have been paying with my card every single month. What's problem with my credit card during buying a phone? So, I want to change the other credit card, but it has been filled.

No. Not at all. I have been purchasing all the time, online and offline, day and night. I think the problem must be with your system.

Happened to me once too. Basically the system flagged my credit card and all my payments were declined. I contacted Fizz support and they forwarded it to their finance department. They usually get back to you within 24 hours .
Another option would be to add a different credit card. I know it's not ideal but maybe you can do this in the interim until they have solved your problem?

Thank you for your experience and recommend the other option. Though, as I wrote there, very weird thing is I tried to add the other my credit card, but every time failed it. I don't know.

Okay, then your account has definitely been flagged. Happened to me too before. I suddenly couldn't add a payment card anymore. Only Fizz can fix that. I would reach out to them again and convey the emergency so that they prioritize it.
