My internet fizz doesn’t work and im trying to contact support no one answer on messenge..

I paid 2 times this month the 4 dec and 7 dec because i unsubscribe then sunscribe again and now NO internet and NO answer all

the lights are good and i cannot connect to tge fizz app

    The only efficient way to contact Fizz is by chat and the very important thing is to be connect to your account, point one down There. i try to before sending you this message and it works

    To Chat with Fizz support:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

    2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.

    3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account

    4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    5- Choose the option 💬 chat
