When I order another SIM, should I see it under order history immediately?

I placed an order for another SIM, but I don't see it under order history and I haven't received an email acknowledge. Does it mean the order didn't go through? Or it just hasn't been processed yet.

    I checked under your account and it doesn't seem that you ordered the SIM card via this one. Is it possible that you placed it via a different Fizz account if at all?
    I'd recommend you contact us directly so we can discuss this in detail.

    if you want the certainty that your order has been processed I suggest you to contact directly the customer service. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

    Thanks. It's true with a different account. I contacted Fizz with instant chat and they said the order wasn't seen, so I placed it again, and now I got the confirmation. Thanks.

    Btw, it does show up in the order history immediately.
