    @Matthania

    Is your old number still active ? If active at another provider, you just need to select the number porting/transfer during the activation process.

    If it is not longer active, but WAS active with Fizz (within the last 60 days), you will NEED to contact customer service to help. If it hasn't passed the time limits and not reassigned yet, they may be able to help. After 60 days I don't think they can do much, but you can try.

    You can try to reactivate it yourself however. Here are the instructions: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/reactivate

    IF your number was with another provider, and it is no longer active, Fizz can't help with that.

    You can contact a customer service agent online.

    • Sign into your account
    • Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services or https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/etat-services
    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
    • Choose the option 💬 chat
    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    PS: For me the only combination that works for CHAT, is Firefox, in a private window, and only when in the French language..

    Other means of contact

    CHAT however is the quickest method, but facebook is the easiest.

    Bonjour Matthania,

    Si vous ne transferer pas votre numéro d'un autre fournisseur vous ne pouvez pas reprendre un ancien numéro chez Fizz dont vous avez résiliez le forfait.

    Voici comment activer votre SIM et avoir un nouveau numero

    Bonne journée

    Is your old number still active? Fizz mentions that you should keep your old line active if you want to transfer your number.
