Hello OuchCost,
At the moment we are not able to provide any outgoing service towards the UK.
Also, while abroad you can only use your mobile data.
Here you can find more information: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-travelling-outside-my-coverage-zone-what-are-my-roaming-options
I apologize for the inconvenience.
Have a lovely day,

For international rates for Calls to the UK, you can USUALLY find the prices at the bottom of this page (there is a dropdown)
Unfortunately, it does not seem to work for the UK. Most European countries seem to be somewhere between $6 and $8 for d block of 60 minutes. Not sure why the UK is not showing up however.
Here is the one for Ireland, to get an example:
The following article explains how to buy an addon for long distance minutes:

If you are in the UK, you will need a travel addon to use your Fizz phone. HOWEVER, With the travel addon you cannot make calls, you can only have data and text. Also check also that your phone is compatible with the local network since in different countries they use different bands.
Travel addons are effective IMMEDIATELY for the current AND next billing cycle.
Here you can find the details about roaming outside your coverage zone:

To buy a Travel Add-On:
- Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
- Scroll to the plan you wish to change.
- Click on Manage and choose Travel.
- Enter the name of the main country you will be visiting. (If you’re going to more than one country, tell us where you will be spending the most time).
- On the next screen, select Travel Add-On.
- You will see different options for your travel zone. Choose the option that suits you, based on the amount of data, minutes and text you will need.
- Click Confirm and pay for your Travel Add-On. It will be activated immediately.
Or you can always just add money to your "wallet" and go the "pay as you go" way.
If you will be spending any serious amount of time outside Canada/US, Fizz may not be the best option. You will probably be better served by getting a local SIM card and package, from a local cell provider.
Hope this helps a bit to clarify things.
