Port out request
Hi! I'm trying to port my number out to Virgin, as I'm now living in Toronto. Virgin says they can't find a port out request, and I see nowhere on the Fizz site to process such a request. Not sure what to do!

The port out order needs to be created from your Virgin account.

Virgin should take care of that, you just need to give them the phone number
