Hello, if you followed the procedure to return your phone and are still paying then you should contact Fizz Customer Service. You can use the chat feature or send them a message (go to 'My Settings' and 'Contact Form'). I've used the Contact Form and the Fizz CS is fairly quick at responding. If they are not able to quickly resolve the matter, contact PayBright. If both attempts are unsuccessful and you did everything right, contact your financial institution or credit card provider, explain the issue and tell them you want to dispute the payments to PayBright.
