How I find reset pin

    You can reset it in your fizz account. In manage my plan->Advanced Parameters-> PIN to access your voicemail (Change pin)

    Hello Wafa Y.,

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    If it's a new SIM it should not require a PIN code.  
    It might be that your phone is network locked if it requires a SIM network code. 
    I would recommend contacting our support for further investigation.
