Canceleing Fizz Plan
Hi, I forgot how I did it but I've already talked to one of Fizz's employees on the phone. When I did, I was asking them how to cancel my phone plan, They help me with it but they keep charging me each month like I'm still using it. When I go on my account, I don't see my plan. I really mad and I don't know what to do!!!! I was wondering if there was a way I could:
- Talk to an employee again on the phone.
- Get a refund on all the months I wasn't using my sim card because I wasn't even with Fizz anymore, I was with Fido.
- Get all my plans and my accounts deleted because I don't want to deal with all of this anymore!!
