SIM Not Recognized on Iphone - IOS updated
I activated my SIM card on my iphone but did not get a notification about the carrier update. My iphone software is up to date. I tried reinserting the SIM card and still nothing. Followed the steps in the video on Fizz website - after checking that the IOS was up to date, I went to Settings, General, About and under Carrier it says Fizz 48.0 but network says not available - SIM not provisioned.
Please help!

So you HAVE ACTIVATED the sim card and created a plan ?

How long ago ? On your account, does everything under you plan say "activated".
If you continue to encounter issues, I strongly recommend to contact a customer service agent. Fizz Customer service agents are available online.

· Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
· Choose the option 💬 chat
· If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
PS: For me the only combination that works for CHAT, is Firefox, in a private window, and only when in the French language..

CHAT however is the quickest method, but facebook is the easiest.

Thank you so much! I did all you suggested and actually restarted my phone and it worked immediately. There was no notification about a new carrier update or anything! Network now shows Fizz :)
