Vidoetron do a lot of maintenance on their grid in the last week.
They do maintenance but it shouldn't effect your subscription to such a degree. Maybe your payment didn't go through correctly? Have you tried reaching out to Fizz support?

My payment went through a long time ago...my son has 11 days in this months cycle.Also he had data left over from other months,because he doesn't use it that much.That is why I don't understand all of this,just waiting for him to come home to look at his phone and try and figure it out.
